- Post-Game circle and warm down.
- Mindful Sports Skill Share (saved the best for last)
- Mindful, energetic, intrapersonal tools to use in sports and in life.
- Improve energetic states for increased performance.
- Find more authentic expression in your performances.
- Leave looking at life and sports with a new perspective.
What to bring: Comfy clothes you can run around in. Water bottle (should always have one on you anyways). Positive and open attitude :)
